How do I create my first interactive work?
After signing in, go to Works, click New Work, fill in the work details, adjust the ambiance settings, and save.
How do I bind an interactive device?
Add a device on the Devices page by entering its name and ID, then pick the work to bind on the device detail page.
How is AI narration generated?
Open the work detail page and click Generate AI Narration. The system automatically creates narration text and voice from the work description.
Can I duplicate a work?
Yes. In the workspace work list, choose the work you want to reuse and duplicate it, then adjust the parameters as needed.
What should I do if a device goes offline?
Check the device's power and network connection, and confirm the indicator light status. If it still doesn't recover, resend the configuration from the device detail page.
How do I get tutorials after buying hardware?
The payment success page guides you to bind your account. Once bound, you can view the full unboxing and installation tutorials for your kit in the Help Center.
